How to Pay USCIS Fees
Online (myUSCIS)
Create an account at my.uscis.gov. You can pay by credit card, debit card, or bank account (ACH). This is the fastest and most secure method.
Money Order / Check
If mailing, use a money order or cashier's check payable to 'U.S. Department of Homeland Security'. Do NOT send cash. Write your name and petition type on the back.
At an Application Support Center
For biometrics, USCIS will send you an appointment notice. Biometric fees are typically already included in the main form fee (for I-485, N-400, etc.).
